By downloading or using the Fat Loss Ratio apps (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Not medical advice

Fat Loss Ratio is for personal, informational, and motivational use only. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. You use the App at your own risk.

Your account & data

You’re responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device and store account secure. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

The App offers an optional Pro subscription with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and renew automatically until canceled. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your store account; trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no use that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the effective date above, and continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
