Delete your account & data

Fat Loss Ratio (developed by Robert Leffel) lets you delete your account and the data tied to it at any time, right from inside the app. There is no separate online account to manage.

Delete from the app

1. Open Fat Loss Ratio on your phone.
2. Tap the You tab (bottom-right).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your data on the device and your private cloud backup are erased immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t open the app, or you want to confirm that anything held by our service providers is removed, email support@fatlossratio.com from the address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my data.” We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything associated with you is removed: your daily adherence and diet logs, weight history, checklist and plan settings, profile name and email (if you used Google Sign-In), and your private cloud backup. Fat Loss Ratio stores your data on your device and in your own private cloud backup — we do not run a server that holds a copy of it.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep nothing tied to your identity after deletion. The only records that remain are ones we are legally required to keep: your purchase and subscription receipts are held by Apple or Google (not us) under their own policies, and anonymous, non-identifying crash and usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may persist for up to 90 days. Neither can be used to identify you, and neither is ever sold or shared for advertising.
