Do I have to count calories?

No — never in the app. You pick a plan, and each day you just report whether you stuck to it: a simple daily yes/no, or by ticking off the meals on your plan as you eat them. The app tracks your adherence percentage and never asks you to log a calorie or weigh a plate of food.

What if my plan is a calorie deficit?

That's fully supported — a calorie deficit is one of the diet styles you can choose (alongside keto, intermittent fasting, and Mediterranean), and it's the default. Even then, you won't count calories in the app. You run your deficit the way you normally would — smaller portions, fewer snacks — and each day you simply log whether you held to it. Fat Loss Ratio tracks your adherence to the plan; it doesn't replace the plan or do the dieting for you.

What's the difference between Simple and Detailed mode?

Simple mode is a single daily tap: on plan, one slip, or off plan. Detailed mode is a checklist of the meals you plan to eat — it comes pre-filled for your diet style (a calorie deficit might be black coffee, a protein-and-greens breakfast, a protein-bowl lunch, and a controlled-portion dinner) and you can edit it freely. You tick each meal off as you eat it, and eating something off-plan counts against your day. Both modes track adherence and neither makes you count calories. Switch anytime — your checklist is remembered per diet style.

What is the Sunday Reading?

Once a week the app crosses your adherence with your weight trend and gives you one verdict — stay the course, change the plan, or stick to the plan. The verdict is free for everyone; Pro adds the prescription: the specific what-to-do-this-week move and a one-tap plan adjustment.

How do I see or fix past days?

Open History — tap the THIS WEEK row on Home, or You → History — to see every day and what you logged: your reading or the meals you checked off, plus that day's weight. Any of the last 7 days can be completed or corrected (tap it, or tap its chip in the week ribbon); older days are the record and stay as logged. Free shows your last week; Pro keeps your full history.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of Pro when you start, with no card and no charge. After that you drop to the free tier automatically unless you choose to subscribe. The core daily ritual stays free forever.

Is my data backed up?

Your data lives on your device. You can optionally back it up to your own iCloud (iOS) or Google account (Android) so it restores when you reinstall or switch devices. We never run our own server and can't read your backup.

How do I connect Apple Health or Health Connect?

In the Weight tab, choose to read your weight from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). It's read-only — the app never writes anything back — and you can revoke access anytime in your device settings. You can also just log weight manually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Manage or cancel from your store account settings; your Pro features stay active until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app and go to You → Delete account. That removes your local data and your private cloud backup. To request deletion of anything held by our providers, email us.
